Learning pathway

We have developed a pathway focussed on building a wide-ranging capability of our students for roles in warehouse administration. Together with creative and easy to use worksheets, you’ll be immersed into a variety of simulated environments and navigate through activities designed to get you practicing on-the-job performance and behaviour.

In Semester 1, students begin learning about personal and professional practices to improve operational outputs. They then move on to developing communication skills essential when interacting with customers and internal stakeholders, that help build trust and increase motivation and team productivity.

In Semester 2, students learn how supply chain operators efficiently obtain, produce and distribute materials and products. Then they develop their skills to plan, implement and control procedures for the efficient and effective transportation and storage of goods, and to capture data from source point to consumption in order to fulfill customer needs.

What really sets this program apart is the hands-on practical experience it provides. Learners are immersed in a simulated business, giving them the opportunity to put their newfound knowledge into practice and build confidence in their abilities. And with access to business support documents and templates, as well as guided instructions for simulation roleplays, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.
