This Work Ready Skills Builder course helps participants build confidence in working with customers, including those with disability. It’s ideal for anyone looking to work in retail, hospitality, call centres, or community services.

Learning outcomes

  • BSBOPS304 Deliver and monitor a service to customers – Learn how to understand customer needs, provide good service, and improve how you work with others.
  • BSBXDB301 Respond to the service needs of customers and clients with disability – Learn how to support customers with disability respectfully and professionally – a key skill in inclusive workplaces.

Participants will practise their skills in a simulated business environment, using easy-to-follow guides and templates.

After completing the course, they’ll receive a nationally recognised Certificate of Attainment for each unit. If they choose to continue studying, these units can count towards the BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement).
