This course helps participants build confidence in speaking, writing, and delivering basic customer service. It’s a great fit for those starting out in admin, retail, hospitality, or any role that involves working with people.

Learning outcomes

  • BSBCMM211 Apply communication skills – Learn how to speak and write clearly at work, gather and share information, and communicate in a professional way.
  • BSBOPS203 Deliver a service to customers – Learn how to understand customer needs, provide helpful service, and respond to feedback – all while building positive relationships.

Participants will practise their skills in a simulated business environment, using easy-to-follow guides and templates.

After completing the course, they’ll receive a nationally recognised Certificate of Attainment for each unit. These units also provide a strong foundation for further study or work in inclusive and people-focused roles.
