This course focuses on personal wellbeing and time management — two essential skills for staying balanced, focused, and reliable at work. It’s a great fit for anyone starting out in the workforce or returning after time away.

Learning outcomes

  • BSBPEF201 Support personal wellbeing in the workplace – Learn how to manage stress, look after your wellbeing, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • BSBPEF202 Plan and apply time management – Learn how to organise tasks, manage time effectively, and stay on track to meet goals and deadlines.

Participants will practise their skills in a simulated workplace, using easy-to-follow guides and templates.

After completing the course, they’ll receive a nationally recognised Certificate of Attainment for each unit. These units also provide a strong foundation for further study or entry into a wide range of job roles.
