This Work Ready Skills Builder course gives participants the confidence to work safely and effectively in cleaning roles. It’s a great starting point for jobs in homes, offices, or public spaces.

Learning outcomes

  • CPPCLO3100 Maintain cleaning storage areas – Learn how to keep cleaning supplies organised and safe, making sure everything is easy to find and ready to use.
  • BSBWHS332X Apply infection prevention and control procedures to own work activities – Learn how to reduce the spread of germs and infection while working – a must-have skill for any cleaning job.

Participants will practise their skills in a simulated work environment, using simple guides and templates to help them succeed.

After completing the course, they’ll receive a nationally recognised Certificate of Attainment for each unit. If they choose to continue studying, these units can count towards the CPP30321 Certificate III in Cleaning Operations.
