This Work Ready Skills Builder course helps participants feel confident using everyday digital communication tools like email and messaging. It’s a great starting point for any role that involves using computers or working online.

Learning outcomes

  • BSBTEC202 Use digital technologies to communicate in a work environment – Learn how to choose and use the right digital tools – like email, chat, or online platforms – to communicate clearly and professionally at work. 

Participants will practise their skills in a simulated business environment, using easy-to-follow guides and templates.

After completing the course, they’ll receive a nationally recognised Certificate of Attainment for the unit. This course also builds a strong foundation for further study or entry into digital-focused roles.
