Build confidence to work respectfully with all people.

This Work Ready Skills Builder course helps participants learn how to support people with disability and work respectfully with people from different backgrounds. It’s a great starting point for roles in customer service, community support, or any job that involves working with others.

Learning outcomes

  • BSBXDB301 Respond to the service needs of customers and clients with a disability – Learn how to support customers with disability in a respectful and inclusive way, helping everyone access services equally.
  • CHCDIV001 Work with diverse people – Learn how to work respectfully with people from different cultures, backgrounds, and communities — including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Participants will practise their skills in a simulated business environment, using easy-to-follow guides and templates.

After completing the course, they’ll receive a nationally recognised Certificate of Attainment for each unit. These units also provide a strong foundation for further study or work in inclusive and people-focused roles.
