This Work Ready Skills Builder course helps participants build practical cleaning and customer service skills for hospitality settings. It’s ideal for those looking to work in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or food service environments.

Learning outcomes

• CPPCLO3113 Clean food handling areas and equipment – Learn how to clean kitchens and food prep areas safely, following food safety standards and proper waste disposal.
• BSBOPS304 Deliver and monitor a service to customers – Learn how to understand customer needs, provide great service, and build positive relationships with customers and co-workers.

Participants will practise their skills in a simulated business environment, using easy-to-follow guides and templates.

After completing the course, they’ll receive a nationally recognised Certificate of Attainment for each unit. These units also provide a strong foundation for further study or entry into hospitality roles.
