Learning outcomes

SIRXSLS001 Sell to the retail customer – Learn how to understand customer needs, match products and services, and make sales that leave customers satisfied.

SIRXCEG001 Engage the customer – Learn how to greet, assist, and communicate with a wide range of customers to build trust and support a great service culture.

Participants will practise their skills in a simulated retail environment, using easy-to-follow guides and templates.

After completing the course, they’ll receive a nationally recognised Certificate of Attainment for each unit. These units also provide a strong foundation for further study or entry into retail and customer service roles.
