TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing Operations)
The nationally recognised TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing Operations), will give you a great introduction to the world of transport, warehousing and logistics, one of Australia’s fastest growing sectors.
Supply chain operators are efficient and organised with exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills – which are must have skills across industries!
Learning pathway
We have developed a pathway focussed on building a wide-ranging capability of our students for roles in warehouse administration. Together with creative and easy to use worksheets, you’ll be immersed into a variety of simulated environments and navigate through activities designed to get you practicing on-the-job performance and behaviour.
In Semester 1, students begin learning about personal and professional practices to improve operational outputs. They then move on to developing communication skills essential when interacting with customers and internal stakeholders, that help build trust and increase motivation and team productivity.
In Semester 2, students learn how supply chain operators efficiently obtain, produce and distribute materials and products. Then they develop their skills to plan, implement and control procedures for the efficient and effective transportation and storage of goods, and to capture data from source point to consumption in order to fulfill customer needs.
