Participants will learn how to manage tasks, work well with others, and follow safety procedures – all essential for building confidence in entry-level roles across different industries.

Learning outcomes

  • BSBOPS201 Work effectively in business environments – Learn how to meet workplace expectations, manage tasks, and work well with others as part of a team.
  • BSBWHS211 Contribute to the health and safety of self and others – Learn how to follow safety procedures, respond to incidents, and help create a safe work environment for everyone.

Participants will practise their skills in a simulated business environment, using easy-to-follow guides and templates.

After completing the course, they’ll receive a nationally recognised Certificate of Attainment for each unit. These units also provide a strong foundation for further study or work in inclusive and people-focused roles.
